Terms & Conditions
1. Healthspan Elite can cancel, withdraw, or alter the scheme at any time. This includes these terms and conditions or any individual's Healthspan Elite Reward Points account.
2. The Healthspan Elite Reward Points are only available to spend at healthspanelite.com/au.
3. Healthspan Elite can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Reward Points account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme or associated points and offers.
4. Reward Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of allocation and can only be redeemed at healthspanelite.com/au.
5. To benefit from the Healthspan Elite Reward Points scheme, you must be aged 18 years or over.
6. If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected for that purchase from your Healthspan Elite Reward Points account.
7. The standard number of Reward Points you will collect are 10 for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
8. After shopping online on healthspanelite.com/au, your Reward Points will be allocated automatically on dispatch of your order. Please wait 30 minutes for your latest balance to be updated after any transaction.
9. Healthspan Elite reserves the right to withdraw Reward Points promotions/offers without notice.
10. One point is worth one cent to spend on products online at healthspanelite.com/au. We will not exchange Reward Points for cash, and the offer is non-transferable.
11. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Healthspan Elite Reward Points collection and redemption without notice.
12. Reward Points are not earned on the value of postage and packaging.
13. Spending Reward Points may be subject to availability online.
